{"id":24,"date":"2016-05-30T15:30:48","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T14:30:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/camillefournie.fr\/?p=24"},"modified":"2017-08-30T19:30:12","modified_gmt":"2017-08-30T18:30:12","slug":"limplication-du-stress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/camillefournie.fr\/index.php\/2016\/05\/30\/limplication-du-stress\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;implication du stress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le stress, anglicisme signifiant \u00ab tension \u00bb, n\u2019est pas une \u00e9motion mais une r\u00e9ponse \u00ab r\u00e9flexe \u00bb du corps tout entier face \u00e0 un danger r\u00e9el ou suppos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certaines situations, il agira comme un stimulant et dans d\u2019autres cas, ce sera le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de nombreuses difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Le stress, c\u2019est quoi ?<\/h3>\n<p>Dans cet \u00e9tat d\u2019alerte maximum, toutes nos ressources physiques et \u00e9motionnelles sont mobilis\u00e9es pour trouver la meilleure solution \u00e0 notre survie : attaquer, fuir o\u00f9\u2026 subir.<\/p>\n<p>En situation de stress, une tension corporelle et psychique se cr\u00e9\u00e9 et provoque des \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives comme la peur et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Elles conduisent \u00e0 imaginer le pire.<\/p>\n<p>Stimul\u00e9, notre syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique d\u00e9clenche alors des r\u00e9actions en chaine, dont l\u2019augmentation de la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019adr\u00e9naline, de noradr\u00e9naline et de cortisol. Ces hormones vont respectivement acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et diriger le flux sanguin vers nos muscles. Ainsi par\u00e9, le corps peut r\u00e9agir! Puis, une fois le danger \u00e9cart\u00e9, l\u2019organisme puise dans ses r\u00e9serves d\u2019\u00e9nergie et lib\u00e8re d\u2019autres hormones pour un retour au calme.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le stress perdure, nous nous trouvons dans un \u00e9tat de r\u00e9ponse permanente. La production d\u2019hormones et d\u2019\u00e9nergie devient chronique et pathog\u00e8ne pour l\u2019organisme. Ceci a pour effet d\u2019user notre syst\u00e8me cardio-vasculaire et de diminuer nos d\u00e9fenses immunitaires.<\/p>\n<p>Or le stress chez l\u2019homme moderne est aujourd\u2019hui bien diff\u00e9rent de celui de nos anc\u00eatres. Il est devenu permanent et psycho-social. Plus souvent en situation de \u00ab subir \u00bb que d\u2019attaquer ou de fuir, le cerveau ne fait plus la diff\u00e9rence et r\u00e9agit aux difficult\u00e9s relationnelles en d\u00e9clenchant les m\u00eames r\u00e9ponses biologiques.<\/p>\n<h3>Cons\u00e9quences sur le plan physique<\/h3>\n<p>Augmentation de la pression art\u00e9rielle (maladies cardio-vasculaires)<\/p>\n<p>Surproduction d\u2019\u00e9nergie (cholest\u00e9rol, augmentation du glucose)<\/p>\n<p>Tension musculaire continue (pathologie musculaire, tendineuse, trouble respiratoire)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9l\u00e9vation du cortisol (d\u00e9gradation de la m\u00e9moire, des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage, baisse de la concentration)<\/p>\n<p>Mais aussi d\u00e9sordre gastro-intestinaux, maladie de peau (ecz\u00e9ma), maux de t\u00eate, baisse de la libido, modification de l\u2019immunit\u00e9, trouble du sommeil\u2026 et dans tout les cas, un \u00e9tat de fatigue important.<\/p>\n<h3>\u2026 et psychologique<\/h3>\n<p>Le stress entra\u00eene une baisse des performances. Il est source de d\u00e9motivation, d\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019agressivit\u00e9. Il provoque des troubles tels que l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la d\u00e9valorisation et la mauvaise estime de soi.
